4 the Storm by AdamRBi 4 the Storm by AdamRBi
Once again the east coast finds itself in the crosshairs of a hurricane. So as we face potential days of outages lets just relax, stay safe, and listen for the music of the cosmos.

You may just hear a Lyra out there too.

For most of you who'd remember, this is in reference to this comic I made last year.

Just a quickly before the power went out, actually finished it on battery and uploaded via phone. Here's hoping it's not another week.

UPDATE: It's over a week. 10 days from when the storm hit, they're saying.

This is SICK. Pony-fying one of the scariest superstorm/hurricane hybrids is SICK. Give it a rest! A pony with a harp isn't going to help all these victims.

You think this is bad? Check out [link]. Have fun browsing.

Also you're not being any more supportive than the guy who drew this, just saying.

I'm just trying to say it's been extremely annoying to see ponies EVERYWHERE. And "mocking" a severe storm with ponies is what I'm disgusted of.

I know what you mean, trust me. It's distasteful for me to see ponies everywhere too and I've seen ponies mixed with worse things than this storm. Perfect example being that gallery I showed you.

This is just what the internet typically does, not only with ponies. They bash current/historical events and pop culture together like rocks and the end result is either brilliant or twisted. It's like Rule 34, you either love it or hate it. Either way, you can't stop it. If you don't like it, just ignore it.

I think no one ever made an artwork about the storms my country had felt.

Well that'd be up to you then wouldn't it? I only made this because I live in NJ, so I was directly affected.

Well this country suffered a lot of deadly storms that can last for weeks.

That's tragic, but I can only speak for my area. We're not used to storms like this.

Yeah, and my country isn't used to storms.

Sometimes we need them, as they are our only water source to power up our dams, which gives us electricity, and to keep our crops fertilized.

I was lost this morning, I woke up to no wind nor rain... I still feel bad for the coasts.

I woke up to wind and just the smallest hint of rain. The rest of the storm's worst finished overnight while I was asleep.

PA. Where I live did get hit decently hard. A neighbor's tree split in two. The whole trunk snapped D:
